Experience


Mr. Gunderson has practiced law in Nevada since 1979 and has focused his practice primarily on civil litigation and business consulting. Having tried more than 160 cases in state and federal court in Nevada and California, roughly 60 of which were jury cases, Mr. Gunderson has earned a reputation as one of the most respected and experienced commercial and business litigation trial attorneys in the area.

During his time in practice Mr. Gunderson has represented a variety of clients including small and large businesses, real estate developers, real estate companies and brokerages, construction companies, contractors, pilots, mechanics and professionals in numerous fields. Many of Mr. Gunderson’s cases that have been before the Nevada Supreme Court are reported cases that have shaped Nevada’s current law.

Professional and Community Involvement


Prior to becoming an attorney Mr. Gunderson served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Gunderson is a member of the American Bar Association and the Washoe County Bar Association. Over the years, Mr. Gunderson has served as an advisor and/or board member to many organizations.

Mr. Gunderson and Gunderson Law Firm are strong community supporters of diverse non-profit groups in Northern Nevada.
